INGREDIENTS:

120g butter

120g caster sugar

120g self raising flour

2 eggs

50g chocolate chips (half a packet)

METHOD

1. Weigh out all ingredients - using the bowls and scale. Use the small bowls for butter, sugar and eggs.  Use the smaller of the two white bowls for flour.

2. Empty the bowls of ingredients into the largest white bowl.

3. Mix all the ingredients together (except chocolate chips)  with a wooden spoon.

4. Add chocolate chips and gently stir in.

5. Put paper cupcake cakes into the muffin tray.

6. Using two metal spoons, push the mixture into each cupcake case. Fill the paper cases  half way up.
